An Ontario Justice A. Pazaratz rules in favour of a mother who doesn't want the Covid-19 vaccine for her children over their father's wishes. Crucially, Pazaratz explains that it's not illegal to question your government and think critically. In his ruling, he stated "We have to rely on – and insist upon – evidence."
