Just a week ago, the WSJ reports that Blackstone, not to be confused with Blackrock, has reportedly raised nearly $50 billion dollars with the plans of a mass buying spree of apartments, homes, office buildings, and warehouses. This news comes as the Homebuyer Affordability Fixed Mortgage Index hits historical rock bottom.
