No surprise here. This is one of the World Economic Forum (WEF) initiatives for people to drive electric cars so as to be able to control our movement once the Social Credit Score is in place and together with the other two WEF pillars implemented – the Digital ID and Central Bank Digital Currency. It's 2030 as in Agenda 2030, aka Build Back Better, aka The Great Reset and aka One World Order.
