The Great Reset: Trudeau to drop mandates ahead of court challenge – Convenient timing to moot the lawsuit?

Trudeau's government is planning to drop all covid related mandates and travel restrictions just ahead of a court hearing, challenging these mandates. Is this due to the ever changing "science" of the liberal party, or is it because they don't want Canadians to have their day in court?
