Is this evidence showing Dr. Theresa Tam and Canada, and the rest of WHO getting ready for the Covid-19 pandemic as early as May 2019? Did Dr. Tam play a role in getting Canadians censored and banned from social media?

The attached video shows Dr. Theresa Tam (Canada's Chief Public Health Officer) took part in a WHO planning session with the objective of vaccinating every human being on the planet. This WHO conference took place in Brazil in May 2019. 

"The planning session was labeled 'Promoting Vaccine Confidence', but as you listen to what is being said, it is obvious that they have something much bigger in mind.

"Tam says Canada has place $25 million in the Immunization Partnership Fund. She has already made deals with Google, Twitter and Facebook to control her vaccination message. She has experimented with behavioral science. She has hired 'influencer' to work on social media and in real life to foster uptake in vaccination. She suggests a coalition of all Public Health partners to share the same message.

"Theresa Tam says they know they can get 90% of the public to accept a vaccine and they will “leverage” that 90% to get to the rest. She does not explain the process. How would that work? Would they create enough fear for the 90% to demand the remaining 10% be incarcerated? In a 2010 National Film Board documentary “Outbreak”, Theresa Tam says exactly that. “People that are non-compliant… be trapped and quarantined”.

"There are 10 speakers in this session, and every one of them rants against the anti-vaxers spreading disinformation on social media. They exchange ideas and strategies to manage information on social media, and methods of coercion. There is no recognition that many people who oppose vaccines are people who have been damaged by vaccines. 

"This meeting exercised a lot of the rhetoric that we have heard over the past 18 months. 'We are all in this together.… Take the vaccine to protect your kids.… Take it to protect your grand parents.… Its biological terrorism (if you refuse the vaccine).… Vaccine passport for travel'.

"By the 1hr mark in the full video (above), they start to spell out their true intentions. 'A global vaccine action plan'. Their first draft is circulated. The plan will be concluded in the fall. They are talking about behavioural economics and making vaccination acceptance to be the new norm for everyone."
