Even though the elimination of petrol and diesel cars in Scotland in 2030 has been delayed, the globalist's agenda to facilitate the demise of the fuel combustion engine car is still very much alive. If the Scottish MP's agenda is realized, the era of catering for unconstrained growth in private car use is over in that country.
