Even this article was written way back and posted on December 16, 2016, it is still up on the WEF's website. It is still happening for them and for us. Cars will evolve from human-controlled motor vehicles with a single ownership, to multiple ownerships and ending with self-ownership in phase 3 of their ownership models.
