Comments in the video:

@user-ix4rd3bw3b: "Cash is legal tender so nobody should be allowed to refuse to accept it."

@fionamurray2295: "We don’t want a cashless society where our spending is monitored and controlled."

@paul8498: "I use cash whenever I can because I don't want a cashless society forced upon us. Apps are easy to use but if cash is done away with then our freedom will be gone too."

@hairyjohn5825: "Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed."

@rebeccatoolan3744: "There is nothing wrong with the technology, it is the use it is being put to that is disturbing. Therefore I think that the ability to use cash when WE want to, is worth fighting for."

@paulkowles6300: "I refuse to do business with anyone who DEMANDS card only payment.... screw Sunak and the WEF."

@TheTrueabundance: "Here in south Spain you are given an extra couple of liters of fuel when you pay cash at a petrol station. It isn’t advertised anywhere, I only discovered it by actually paying in cash. And it’s not just one or two petrol stations in one province. Up till now I’ve either been given extra fuel, or on occasion cash back, at every place I add fuel to my car!"

@trevor6412: "I went to a pub with 3 friends, ordered 4 pins andgot cash out of my wallet and the barman said card only. We all looked at each other, laughed and walked out the door. £24 down the drain for them. Won't use places that no longer take cash payments. Why should I be told how I can pay for something?"

@jasbecks99: "A lot of pubs here in London are now cashless. I went to the O2 the other week too to see a show and I noticed they have made the entire arena cashless. I am pretty much a cashless person, it is my choice. But the idea of people not having the option to pay with cash is as Orwellain as it gets."

@intheyear2510: "Dominos won't take it , I walked out and cancelled my order. Next to me listening to the whole thing was a complete numpty looking at me as if I was crazy oh the irony."

@carylbarnett7448: "As part of the pandemic madness, the masses were purposely driven to shop online. Organised so people would become hooked on the convenience. Many shops had to close, because of the forced shutdown, but now they’re closing because of the dominance of organisations such as Amazon.

I’ve been telling everyone to keep cash going, but now I can’t find what I want to buy in the shops anymore. I’m told 'you can get it on Amazon.' I don’t want to shop, with a card, online! Our options are being eradicated! Our anonymity is being eroded!"

@sheffbangstudios: "Tyranny always rides on the back of "convenience"."

@sheilacook8628: "Cash is king. We don't want our every spend to be digitally monitored and controlled. It's a big no to big brother and the lies being used to try and get us there."

@brendananfennnell3552: "In Japan the Third largest economy in the world the Japanese are staunch traditionalists and cash remains the dominant medium of exchange , but QR code-based services on mobile phones are slowly on the rise although two-thirds of all transactions in 2022 involved currency and getting cash from ATMs is surprisingly."

@Chaggy1978: "I always pay with cash...cash is freedom and cash is king."
