The EMA Inquiry: Canadian Liberal government incompetence – Trudeau's action justified?

"Justin Trudeau appointed Justice Paul Rouleau to run the Public Order Emergency Commission tasked with investigating his use of the Emergencies Act to suspend civil liberties in Canada in order to punish people protesting against his dictatorial policies. It is no surprise that Paul Rouleau ruled in favour of Trudeau. What is surprising is the fact that he sighted, not the legal authority to use the act, but that the government was so incompetent that it needed the act."
