"The initial CBC article from January 4th, 2023 indicates that Department of Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada who has contracted with McKenzie indicated that in the article that two public servants explain that many policy decisions were actually decided by McKinsey rather than public servants. Note: McKinsey & Company is a strategic partner to the World Economic Forum. The Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, Citizenship and Immigration Canada, Sean Fraser, became the latest Canadian to graduate in 2022 from the World Economic Forum's Young Global Leader program.
