The Great Reset: Enough is enough – Essex council blocks London mayor Sadiq Khan's ULEZ net zero targets.

If they had allowed this to happen, this ULEZ expansion in Brentwood would include areas such as Barking, Ilford, Romford, Hornchurch and Rainham.

All these boroughs got together to completely oppose, which is a very smart thing to do, the problem of centralizing powers in city hall and giving more power to the Mayor because people have come to know this as some sort of devolution.
