To think that TikTok is the only app to do surveillance is self-delusional. Current 5G smart phone is already a surveillance device. Your voice, your movement and your messages are being recognized and tracked. If you use facial recognition, you are essentially giving free biometric data to the government. Everything on your 5G smart phone are being tracked for future biometric usage against you. Banning TikTok is just to have all the data for the government themselves.
