Scientific Research: Circulating spike protein detected in post-Covid-19 mRNA vaccine myocarditis.

This study conducted by the Boston Children's Hospital on mRNA vaccinated adolescents and young adults male from 12-21 years. Between the two groups, myocarditis group and non myocarditis group, antibody profiling IgG and IgM are the same, as well as the T-cell responses. The difference found in the myocarditis group shows modest increase in cytokine production, and significant increase in total leukocytes, specially neutrophils. However, it is the markedly elevated levels of full-length spike protein that is of grave concern as these were unbounded by antibodies and were detected in the plasma of individuals with post-vaccine myocarditis.

"Why does this spike protein persisted in these myocarditis individuals? The spike protein appears to evade antibody recognition because these spike protein that are generated are produced in adequate quantities with normal functional and neutralization capacity."
