The Great Narrative: Weather warfare – If you think nobody is controlling the weather, think again!

"Right after 9-11 we had the NATO Supreme Commander General Wesley Clark was given a list of Middle Eastern countries that the US military intended to target. Subsequently every single one of those countries under went a once in 1000 year drought. Statistically mathematically that would be impossible to have that kind of consistency unless there was a factoring equation that we weren't being told about. That factor is climate engineering AKA weather warfare and that destabillized their food production thus to destabilized their populations thus made those countries easier to manipulate, invade, occupy. In the case of some of those countries, Iran for one, their president, their leader went to the floor of the UN and stated such that NATO was cutting off their precipitation. Stated it on film, on the record. We saw none of that here.

"If we look at Project Popeye in Vietnam in the 60s, matter of historical record, US was so successful at manipulating rain over the Ho Chi Minh trail that by the 70s the International Community passed environmental modification treaties forbidding weather manipulation for wartime."

"There is a US military document called "Owning The Weather in 2025." In this document what it calls weather manipulation, climate engineering, and weather warfare as a forced multiplier that you can bring populations of countries to their knees. Without those populations ever even knowing they're under assault. You can destabilized those governments by the same means. There is absolutely no question this is going on because we can see their operations on satellite imagery."
