Emergency services were being delayed because of the Low Traffic Neigbourhoods scheme putting people's lives at risk. Ministers have been put under pressure to scrap these dangerous LTN as figures show that 1240 ambulances were delayed from reaching potential life-threatening call outs. This is the tip of the iceberg as this relates only to London.
