Squawk: US FAA widen the EKG requirement necessary for pilots to be able to fly.

The FAA quietly changed the requirement necessary for pilots to be able to fly with an acceptable EKG parameters from a range of 0.12–0.2 to 0.12–0.3 for a normal PR interval test which is a measure of heart function. Widening this parameters means those with potential heart damage are now allowed to fly commercial aircraft putting passengers at risk.
