Forty percents of mortgages in America were taken between 2020 to 2021 and these will become due for renewal starting in 2025. With interest rates keep rising, and income not rising, property doom is coming. The big institutional investors waiting on the sidelines are ready to pounce on this situation becoming more dire with each passing week.
