"The UK government has now passed this new energy bill proposals into law. New energy rules face fines or prison sentences for UK citizens. The new energy bill proposes stricter energy efficiency regulations and people who refuse their energy consumption as directed by the authorities will suffer sever penalties including up to a year in prison and £15,000 fines for property owners who don't comply."
