The Great Reset: Short-term rental crackdown – BC NDP government kills the local Airbnb industry.

It is happening in many US cities where buildings have to be up to date with new codes for net-zero emission. This extra cost to a home is by the tens of thousands of dollars and put owning a home to live in or as an investment difficult to achieve. 

Now the BC NDP government is cracking down on short-term rental, primarily the Airbnb market. Combine this with higher interest rates (and it will be climbing), this will eventually cause many to unload their investments or even homes in an handicap market. 

This sets up a perfect scenario for investment companies like Blackstone to snap up many homes for a lower dollar. This is what the globalists want to see happen where the end goal is to make as many people as possible to give up their homes or investments. After all their slogan is "By 2030, you won't own anything and you'll be happy."

And here is the rebuttal from Airbnb. "The BC government's proposed legislation won't alleviate the province housing concerts.… Instead it will take money out of the pockets of British Columbians, make travel more unaffordable for millions of residence who travel within BC, and reduce tourism spending in communities where hosts are often the only providers of local accommodations."

Note: The previous BC Premier was John Horgan who is WEF affiliated. He stepped down due to health issues (perhaps vaccine related?) and his BC NDP party appointed David Eby to replace him. The current premier's status is unknown. However he appears to be toeing the line of the WEF's Agenda 2030. Perhaps he is a WEF member or agent. The next provincial election is not until October 2024 at the latest. John Horgan replaced Christy Clark as BC premier in 2017, and Clark, who was with the BC Liberal Party, is also affiliated with the WEF.
