That's why it is already in the United States under a different name of digitalized tokens. Citibank is now rolling it out by just converting all commercial bank deposits into the digitalized tokens. JPMorgan Chase has already said they will be following suit soon.

*3 to 5 years? It's already here in US. CBDC will be fully implemented in all EU countries within two years from November 1, 2023. It has already been approved.
