The Great Reset: Mandatory property upgrades nationwide – Globalists coming after US home owners with zero carbon emission.
The United States Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced a new partnership with Department of Energy to decarbonize the building sector at COP28. This underscore the strong and enduring commitment to energy efficiency and climate resiliency for the US nation's communities, home, building, and infrastructure.
This is also in line with the Biden-Harris Administration requirement to cut energy use and electrify equipment and appliances to achieve zero scope 1 emissions in 30 percent of their building by square footage by 2030. The C40 Cities initiative also has their building declaration goals. All new building will be net zero carbon by 2030. All existing building will be net zero carbon by 2050.
This announcement also reinforces the whole-of-government effort to lower costs for working families and ensure the benefits of the transition to a cleaner energy future are fully accessible, especially to those in low-income areas and underserved communities.
All this net-zero carbon emission is very eco friendly but it will price people out of their homes with these 'upgrades' and will financially cripple not only the real estate industry but the economy as well. This would be the time for investment companies such as Blackstone to come in and scoop it all up and turn them into rentals for the people who have lost ownership of their homes.
