The office of the prime minister has confirmed Yaroslav Hunka, the Ukrainian Waffen-SS veteran, an actual WW2 Nazi, who was 98 at the time, was formally invited by the Prime Minister of Canada to the House of Commons where he received a standing ovation during the visit by Ukraine PM Volodymyr Zelensky. The Canadian Speaker of the House, Anthony Rotta, who introduced Hunka in parliament subsequently resigned after he was thrown under the bus by Trudeau.
