Mum Sarah and adult son Tom who has a mental capacity of an 18 month old, and also has a chromosomal condition called Partial Trisomy 13. After nearly three years, the Court of Protection is to decide whether it is for the greater good for Tom and society for him to be injected with the 'not safe and not effect' vaccine.
