"The Tipping Point is a long time coming, obviously since the 50s and it goes Kissinger and then the setting up at the Harvard kind of conferences that was funded by Ford and Rockefeller Foundation and it turned out later, the CIA. Rockefeller from the 50s onwards and Kissinger's role, they were up to their neck in the state department, the CIA, for a good reason because the CIA have to be highly involved with anything that involves world governance on behalf of the state department. It's not a conspiracy theory, it just makes sense.
