The Great Reset: Is this true? – Bank of Canada to shelves plans to create a 'digital loonie.'

Is this really true? Bank of Canada is dropping plans to create a 'digital loonie.' Should Canadians jump up and say whoopie? Not so fast. The CBDC can still come from the private sector through the large corporations. 

We still need to wait until 2030 arrives to see if humans on earth reign supreme after fighting hard for human freedom, civil liberties and human rights. 

"However, the bank said that 'in a future where cash is less relevant and is no longer a competitive payment alternative to private money, issues could arise in the uniformity of the Canadian dollar,' which could cause the idea of creating a CBDC to resurface."

When BOC says when cash is less relevant in future, CBDC can still resurface? This doesn't make sense. When physical cash is no longer in use, it just means there is still digital cash or digital fiat currency. This doesn't equate to CBDC. 

I don't believe BOC is truly dropping CBDC at this time. Has this got to do with Mark Carney coming back into the government through being an advisor to the Trudeau's Liberal Party? Mark Carney was previously the governor of the Bank of Canada as well as Bank of England. He is a true globalist and WEF Agenda 2030 promoter.
