Yuval Noah Harari is one of the most evil men in the world. He is the right-hand man of Klaus Schwab and is one of the main architects behind the World Economic Forum fourth industrial revolution for the world which is called transhumanism. This is the fusion, rather than the integration, of technology (which include artificial intelligence) and human. He wants every human being in the world to be implanted in the brain with a microchip so that the globalist elites can control you 24/7. 

He is correct about artificial intelligence doesn't have consciousness. That's why the globalist elites are going full steam ahead with AI so that it can rule over humans and humanity without any feelings. AI is now not in the hands of the good actors.
