"A law that the Spanish government wants to bring in which forces travellers to submit some seriously sensitive data like bank account details when checking in at hotel, at tourist accommodations or even renting a car. The government are looking for 42 pieces data to be collected by the hotels and tourist companies during the check-in process which would then be submitted to a database or a registry via an online application."
