The position of Health and Human Services secretary does have power over departments such as the Centres of Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and National Institutes of Health (NIH). So watch out Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Rochelle Walensky, et al.
