"An innovative London (Ontario) cricket farm has laid off two-thirds of tis workforce as it retools, the city's economic development agency says. Aspire foods announced the jobs cuts Wednesday. About 50 workers remain at the plant in southeast London that opened in 2022 and received $8.5 million in federal government funding."
