Foreign Agents: Not all in, not all out – Lying Mark Carney may not have the stamina for public scrutiny.

Mark Carney, a Liberal Party candidate in the current leadership race, "despite claiming that he had stepped down from all his roles to be 'all in' on his bid to become Canada's next prime minister," he "has not yet resigned from his multiple international board positions." Carney, a high ranking globalist, has been brought in by Klaus Schwab to finish the job that Justin Trudeau couldn't do.

One of his position is he is still a current president at Chatham House. Chatham House is the first level of the deep state in United Kingdom, just as the Council on Foreign Relations in the United States is the  entry level of the deep state in America. Carney is also a member of the Bilderberg Group.

Note: Singapore President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, a current member of the Group of Thirty, is also on the Board of Trustee at the World Economic Forum. Dr. David Martin has also listed him as one of the people on the Covid Orchestra responsible for the Covid-19 pandemic worldwide scam.
