The Wilson Centre got together with Brazilian judges and officials and did a whole disinformation war game to train them on the best practices of what we had used to censor Trump during the 2020 election.…We are literally taking best practices from the US that were used to stop Trump from winning the 2020 and training every organ. We went around to the prosecutors, the judges, the universities, there's a whole story here with the unions top to bottom. We spent tens of millions of dollars.… Yes they're in a full-blown panic over [the US withdrawal of the USAID funds]."
