The president of European Central Bank (ECB) Christine Lagarde alluded that the globalists are behind their timeline in rolling out the CBDC in Europe. "We just have to accelerate. So my plea is for an understanding of the speed at which reforms have to take place and change has to occur because we don't want to be left in the dust."
