Is Trump doing this to prevent the bad AI from getting ahead or making sure there is a good AI to fight the bad AI when the time comes to save humanity?

Artificial intelligence is currently in the hands of bad actors. The basis for the Globalist's Great Reset is the fourth industrial revolution with involved transhumanism which is the fusion of technology, including artificial intelligence, with humans and in humans.

One of the downside is that emergency vehicles such as an ambulance cannot get to the scene on time. The result is people die.
