This is how you steal an election. California is still counting six days later. "Raman surged past Pratt in the LA mayoral race, now leading 27.1% to 26.7%. Bass leads at 34.7% and is already confirmed for the November runoff."

Funny how Karen Bass's percentage points didn't move much at 34.7%, while Pratt lead drop from 28+% and Raman goes from 20% to 27%. Mathematically it should have affected Bass's percentage points too.
