In blue state such as California, every eligible voter will be mailed a mail-in ballot regardless of whether it is requested or no. Elections will accept mail-in votes as late as one week after the polls closed on election night. And it will take weeks, about a month, to be counted.

Currently on election night, GOP candidate Steve Hilton is leading the governor race by one percentage point at 27%. And Spencer Pratt is in second place with 30% in his Los Angeles mayoral race behind Communist Democrat Karen Bass at 35% and ahead of Nithya Raman who is another Communist Democrat at 22%. The top two candidates move on to the November final round.

"Spencer Pratt got zero out of 24,000 votes in a late night LA ballot drop. 0/24,000. A guy getting around 30% support [during election night] got 0 out of 24,000. Astronomically small probability of happening. Impossible. California no longer even hides it. Doors need to be kicked in."
