"It is interesting that on the 23rd it's announced that Xi Jinping is coming to United States on September 24th. And the very following day, there's a Canadian Chinese citizen that is busted at NATO. This is the City of London trying to put that foil against Xi and Trump coming together.

"President Trump [had] said that China was implicated in the election interference and he said they were heavily involved but he never said a word about Xi Jinping. So was Trump referring to the City of London [that had captured the] Chinese?

"This serves the purpose of putting a rift creating between United States and China and deepening a rift between Canada and United States. Very clever divide and rule by the City of London."
