Rand Paul's committee voted to hold Tony Fauci in contempt for stonewalling the Senate, taking the fifth over a hundred times. Now, once you got a pardon, the fifth doesn't apply. You can't incriminate yourself for crimes you can't be charged for. So hiding behind the fifth isn't a right, it's obstruction."
