Food For Thought: The Law of War – Who picked Donald Trump for this military operation?

Super intelligence digests Q posts and spits out Trump's devolution, military tribunals and continuity of government.

@jonmore6921: "The swamp runs deep. Sometimes you cannot tell people the truth. You must show them. Only then, at the precipice, will people find the will to change [to participate]. We, the People have been betrayed for a very long time. Will you stand? For God and country. For freedom. For humanity. Where we go one, we go all!!!" – Q

"When foreign powers conduct warfare against the United States, when convert agents participate in hostile operations, and when government officials knowingly assist those operations, the resulting offences can cross into national defence, espionage, treason, and law-of-war jurisdiction.

"That means the response can extend across intelligence, financial sanction, civilian criminal prosecution, wartime detention, and military tribunals where those tribunals have lawful jurisdiction. The Law of War Manual expressly recognizes that certain persons outside the American military can face trail under military authority."

"The connection to Q's post is therefore the existence of an established system of wartime military justice—not proof that the system was activated for particular political defendants."

"This brings us to the Department of Defence [Department of War] of War Manual.… In the foreign-directed attack we're examining, enemy operatives are not merely engaging in political opposition. They are participating in hostile operations against the United States, including wartime sabotage, intelligence operations, and biological warfare.… The significance is that an individual does not necessarily need to wear a foreign military uniform to becomes subject to legal consequence under the law of war.…

"The manual recognizes that general court-martial have jurisdiction to try persons who are subject to military tribunals under the law of war.… This includes qualifying enemy combatants and persons responsible for offence triable under wartime military jurisdiction. Therefore, military tribunals are not merely historical institutions associated with World War II or Nuremberg.…

"The manual draws an explicit distinction between occupying hostile foreign territory and deploying a nation's armed forces within its own territory. US forces regaining control of American territory from foreign-backed hostile forces would not automatically constitute belligerent occupation under Chapter XI. Domestic military operations would require their own constitutional and statutory authority. That distinction becomes important when considering the possibility of martial law, emergency military operations, and continuity of government.…

"Now consider the biological attack [Covid-19] as part of the coordinated foreign operation. A hostile foreign power deploys a biological weapon against Americans while infiltrated officials facilitate the operation, compromise the national response, and assist hostile military objective. This moves the discussion beyond election interference and ordinary corruption."

"A coordinated foreign attack involving biological warfare, government infiltration, and disruption of constitutional government is the kind of catastrophic emergency for which continuity planning becomes especially relevant. The important questions become: What emergency plans exist? What authorities would they invoke? How would the constitutional government continue functioning while hostile forces were being neutralized?"

Are we in the later stages of this military operation? Would this be year 6 of 8 years, not counting 2021-2024 since nothing was executed in relations to this military operation.

"Nothing to see here."
