The Great Rest: Where's the Emergency Act? – PSAC strike blocks infrastructure but Trudeau's doing nothing!

Image
"Many people are asking why Justin Trudeau is not declaring a state of emergency and invoking the Emergencies Act now that the PSAC strikers are actually blocking infrastructure and halting the economy as the Freedom Convoy was accused of in 2022." Obviously, when Trudeau invoked the Emergencies Act during the Trucker's Freedom Convoy in February 2022, he was following a foreign agenda. An agenda by a foreign unelected and unaccountable organization for which he is a member of and was also a graduate of their famous Young Global Leader two-year program. Can we say he is a foreign agent?

Time For Justice: The real lawsuit has begun against Trudeau government's suspension of Canadians' liberty.

"A big action is finally arising in Canada against the Trudeau WEF-infiltrated government, and right now, it looks like we are going to be witnessing a legal equivalent of a plot twist in a Hollywood blockbuster! "This week, a civil liberties group takes the Liberal government to court over its use of the Emergencies Act. But here's the thing – they're not just challenging the government's actions. They're saying Justin Trudeau and his minions had no legal justification for using the Act in the first place! "And that's not the most shocking part. You will recall that the report from Trudeau's appointed Public Order Emergency Commission chair, Justice Rouleau was that the Liberals were justified in the use of the never before used Act."

The EMA Inquiry: Trudeau's gov't challenged in a real court this time.

Image
"The Canadian Frontline Nurses are the first to bring Justin Trudeau's federal government to court for invoking the Emergencies Act during the Freedom Convoy. Outside of the non binding findings of Justice Paul Rouleau in the POEC, this is a real court challenge, with real legal repercussions."

Teh EMA Inquiry: Trudeau's redefinition – Justice Paul Rouleau's decision was based on assumptions and not facts?

Image
"The former minister under Brian Mulroney, who oversaw the process to replace the War Measures Act with the Emergencies Act in 1988, says the Trudeau government should release the legal opinion it used to justify invoking the act last winter. This former minister is Perrin Beatty, who once headed the defence department. On February 22nd, he took to Twitter, where he said, “I believe the government should release the legal opinion it relied on. How can you ask Canadians to obey the law when you won’t tell them what it is?” "This should have been done in an ideal political clime long before now. The government is responsible to the people, the electorate, who voted them in, and as a result, the good people of Canada deserve to know what legal backing gave Trudeau the confidence to invoke the Emergencies Act. But unfortunately, Canada is toiling under a prime minister who doesn’t care about due process. As far as Trudeau is concerned, once he has the backing of the NDP on a ma...

The EMA Inquiry: Legacy MSM pushed fake news and disinformation about the Freedom Convoy.

Image
(Video segment from start to 8:30 mins) On deck this week, Andrew and Harrison look into the fake news that the legacy media was deliberately pushing disinformation about the Freedom Convoy that escalated the situation.

The EMA Inquiry: Canadian Liberal government incompetence – Trudeau's action justified?

Image
"Justin Trudeau appointed Justice Paul Rouleau to run the Public Order Emergency Commission tasked with investigating his use of the Emergencies Act to suspend civil liberties in Canada in order to punish people protesting against his dictatorial policies. It is no surprise that Paul Rouleau ruled in favour of Trudeau. What is surprising is the fact that he sighted, not the legal authority to use the act, but that the government was so incompetent that it needed the act."

The EMA Inquiry: Blood boil – The greatest act of injustice against Canadians.

Image
"Well, it looks like the powers that be have once again decided to trample all over Canadians' rights and freedom while ignoring the real issue of the Liberal Government's narcissistic overreach, as well as the insane possibility of setting an unbelievable precedent that could cause more heinous hardship of freezing innocent Canadians account, trampling on citizens with horses and making plans to bring in the tanks on protesters in the future. "The news just came in, and it's enough to make your blood boil. The Public Order Emergency Commission has finally declared its final reports on the Liberal government's invocation of the Emergencies Act."

The EMA Inquiry: Shocking truth? – Highly anticipated findings to be revealed on February 20.

Image
"The Public Order Emergency Commission, tasked with investigating the Trudeau government's decision to use the Emergencies Act to quell the "Freedom Convoy" protests that took place in Ottawa last winter, has been granted an extension for submitting its findings. The Liberal government invoked the Emergencies Act on February 14, 2022, granting police and governments exceptional powers to limit protesters' rights to assembly and freeze their bank accounts. Apparently, these measures were aimed at clearing the demonstrations and preventing protesters from returning. And as the whole country holds its breath, the Emergencies Act commission prepares to deliver a report that will change the course of history. On February 20th, the findings of months of tireless investigation and analysis will finally be unveiled, shedding light on the events that have shaken the Canadian capital to its core. "Due to the complexities of the situation, the commission, led by Just...

The EMA Inquiry: Public pressure squashed secret advanced verdict viewing for PM Trudeau.

Image
"Justin Trudeau's cabinet will not be getting an advanced copy of the verdict of the POEC. The news media is reporting this as an extension of the deadline, but they are not telling the whole story. The Feb 6th deadline to submit to the order in council is not in the act itself, but was put there at the recommendation of the Prime Minister. "Public outcry put pressure on the commissioner to change the date of release to the statutory date of Feb 23rd for all of the public to see."

The EMA Inquiry: Trudeau's cabinet will have secret look into the verdict ahead of release.

Image
"Justin Trudeau used the Emergencies Act to crush public protest last year. Part of the process for the act is to hold a public inquiry to determine whether the government was justified in invoking the act it's self. The verdict of which will be handed to Trudeau's Cabinet under the veil of secrecy from the 6th of February until the 20th of February where many things may occur and the public would have no privy or right to know about. Keith Wilson joins me to discuss what this means."

The EMA Inquiry: Post mortem – Behind the curtains of truth.

Image
(Video segment starts from 13:00 mins) "The post mortem of the Public Order Emergencies Act commission from the lawyer who was there from beginning to end, Keith Wilson."

The EMA Inquiry: Justin Trudeau couldn't justify his use of the Emergencies Act.

Image
PM Justin Trudeau was the final person to testify at the Emergencies Act Commission.

The EMA Inquiry: Freeland says it's for the greater good even if it hurts the children.

Image
"Like many Liberal officials who have taken the stand to testify at the Public Order Emergency Commission, Chrystia Freeland, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, also took the stand on the second to last day of hearings at the Public Order Emergency Commission.  "She testified about her role in sculpting emergency economic measures that came into effect when the federal government invoked the Emergencies Act. "Freeland told the commission about the conversations she was having with top American officials about the serious strain the "Freedom Convoy" border blockades were having on the automotive sector. She also mentioned a pivotal call she had with banks while outlining why she felt the Freedom Convoy was "an attack on democracy, and had apparently gone ahead to connive with the Trudeau Liberal government to freeze Canadian peaceful protesters banks upon the push for the invocation of the Emergency Act.  "But what's rather more rid...

The EMA Inquiry: It's over, what happens next?

Image
"Justin Trudeau's use of the Emergencies Act to violently crush a peaceful protest sparked an inquiry that lasted over a month to gather evidence. Now that this portion of the commission is over, what comes next. Lawyer for the protesters in Ottawa during the convoy, Eva Chipiuk joins me to discuss the next steps."

The EMA Inquiry: Day 31 – No Miller time for Trudeau – "Mr PM when did you and your gov't start to become so afraid of your own citizens."

Image
"I am not and we are not." Lawyer Eva Chipiuk: "I'm not Mr. Miller, but I can speak French fluently." PM Justin Trudeau: "I'm being tricked Mr. Commissioner." Everyone: "Hahahahaha!"

The EMA Inquiry: Day 30 – Last minute dump of unlawful redactions of evidence.

Image
"Trudeau's government has been less than forthcoming in this Inquiry and the Commission has been complacent with the BS brought forward by them. From allowing evidence to be dumped in last minute, to the unlawful redactions of documents."

The EMA Inquiry: Anticipation builds for Justin Trudeau to finally takes the stand!

Image
After 29 days of testimonies at the Emergencies Act Inquiry, the day has come for the Canadian prime minister to answer his and his government action to invoke the Act. As we wait for the Justin Trudeau to testify, let's take a look at what has happened since day one of this journey to search for the truth.

The EMA Inquiry: Day 30 – Chrystia Freeland nailed to the cross and it's Miller time!

Image
"You'd agree if it turned out those flags were linked to your government, that would look really bad for our international reputation wouldn't it?" Her facial expression… priceless! Note: Chrystia Freeland, the deputy PM and Minister of Finance is also a Young Global Leader graduate and is also a Board of Trustee at the World Economic Forum.

The EMA Inquiry: Day 30 – It appears Chrystia Freeland took some drama classes from Trudeau, the drama teacher.

Image
"Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland got emotional as she spoke of a Feb. 13 call where a Canadian bank CEO warned that Freedom Convoy border blockades put Canada's reputation at risk and some American investors thought Canada was a "joke" and a "banana republic" they would never invest in again."

The EMA Inquiry: Day 28 – Freedom Convoy made it hard to follow the law.

Image
"…the interpretation of the law sure seems to get broader all in order to justify the Trudeau's Liberals power grab. Meanwhile, the reality of the situation is that the government's case only gets weaker. "We are finally getting to the end of the Emergency Act inquiry as additional ministers are scheduled to testify in front of the commission throughout the week, with the testimony of Justin Trudeau scheduled to take place on Friday. " And on Tuesday, in what appears to be another justification of the invocation of the Emergency Act by the Trudeau government, Minister of Public Safety, Marco Mendicino, took the stand and stated that it became "nearly impossible" to follow the law in downtown Ottawa. " Mendicino told the Public Order Emergency Commission that was tasked with probing Trudeau's decision on Tuesday that this was one of the factors that contributed to the government's decision to invoke the controversial Emergencies Act in order...
