Dr. McCullough: "We have learned a lot progressing from the very first cases in February, March, April and May, and starting in June I put together a collaboration between the United States and Italy, countries that were being hit hard by Covid-19, to come up with recommendations for practitioners for the early outpatient treatment of Covid-19 with the idea that outpatient treatment is the only hope in reducing the risk of hospitalization and death."
