Food For Thought: Thanks Elon – CBC officially labelled 'Government-Funded Media' by Twitter.

Ask and you shall receive. Pierre Poilievre wrote an official letter to Twitter/Elon Musk as Canada's official opposition leader, and so have others tweeted out as well, requesting that Canadian Broadcasting Corporation gets designated as 'Government-Funded Media'. Well well well… Musk obliged. CBC now joins the ranks of broadcasters such as PBS, NPR and BBC with the 'Government-Funded Media' designation.

"Trudeau boasted of the Liberal bias in media in the past. Now CBC, the Crown Corporation and state broadcaster in Canada has been given the prestigious "Government-Funded Media" label after calls from the Canadian public, including the leader of the Official Opposition, Pierre Poilievre."
