Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre is back in the saddle. The next Prime Minister of Canada is on his way to Ottawa!

At the last general elections at the end of March, Poilievre lost his seat in his riding of Carleton. The elected Conservative Party Member of Parliament in Battle River-Crowfoot Mr. Damien Kurek gladly and graciously stepped down and offered Poilievre the chance to get back into parliament in Ottawa. A by-election was triggered and Poilievre won his new riding with an overwhelming number of 80+% of the votes and defeated 213 other candidates in the process.
